We had a wonderful stay in a conveniently located hotel. There were many restaurants nearby, which made finding meals for our family easy. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to the airport, saving us the hassle of arranging transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even packed a breakfast for us when we had an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and a cozy bed. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included in our stay.
One downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors, which unfortunately seeped into our non-smoking room.

We had a great experience staying here. The hotel provided free amenities like toothpaste and teas at the reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered free luggage storage and even put it in our room for us. The location was perfect, as it was very near to the airport. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus service that we could book at check-in. Additionally, the hotel was located close to good restaurants and izakayas, which allowed us to experience a bit of Japanese culture.

loved our stay at wing international! the free airport drop off was a game changer, and the in-house restaurant saved us from going out in the cold. the staff were cheerful and the buffet breakfast was amazing. would definitely book again!

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the train station.
Only one minor issue - I found a slightly dirty towel in my room. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was great.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and comfortable bedding to the well-stocked breakfast buffet. The location was slightly far from the JR station, but it was within walking distance to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
